Kathie is an absolutely phenomenal hair artist! Her studio is a cozy casita, and personal energy bright.. easily found within an enchanting artist block/plaza. She uses and offers organic, plant based, vegan products (Oway). She specializes in cut and dye, which is very affordable for the quality of product and service.
