I had a GREAT experience working with Jeff to solve a BIG problem. I had a previous install of a projector ceiling mount (DIY!) go horribly wrong, resulting in a seized ceiling mount flange that needed to be swapped out. After ordering a brand new ceiling mount Kit, I reached out to Jeff and explained what was going on. Jeff managed to find a replacement part that solved my problem for a fraction of the cost, and he was able to secure the part and get it to me overnight!
