Stay away from this company if you want to keep your money. I sent in a $900 inFocus projector to be diagnosed for blurry vision. They sent me a quote back saying it would cost $1200 to repair. Ummmm...what? $1200 to repair a $900 projector? What a scam. they try to get you to pre-pay a designated amount up front so the final cost doesn't seem as high when you get the estimate. what a joke. And they won't send you the broken projector back until you pay their diagnostic fee along with shipping. Even Darlene the lady that i s... read more

I own Pacific West Sound, this is a good company, they worked with our time frame and did a great job, communicative etc. We will use them from here out.
