We have had Projection Reality as our Property Manager, Harlow Vernwald for a number of years and we highly recommend her. She cares for the Landlord as well as the Tenant equally and resolves any issues that might arise in a timely and professional way.
Currently a new tenant of hers. She has admitted that no home inspection was done prior to our moving in. We moved into a house that had such hazardous electrical conditions that our bathroom sink and shower were electrocuting us for the first few weeks we lived there! Not to mention the fire safety hazard that the electrical is on our home and she has been very difficult to work with regarding getting the property up to proper living conditions. If you are seeking to rent out your home in Portland I would highly recommend Harlow and Projection. They did a comp analysis of other rentals in the area, found tenants quick, and ran the whole process very seamlessly. Harlow can be trusted completely, in fact we never met in person — I provided her with a code to a lockbox after I had vacated the property and she took care of the rest.
I used Harlow’s property management services for several years and found her to be extremely responsive and professional. When I decided to sell the property, she also acted as my realtor and facilitated the entire sales process. Once again, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism in marketing and managing the sale. I highly recommend Harlow for both property management and real estate services.
