First, I love the product! Always coming with the innovative, creative, and fun designs. I get more compliments on my ProjectX gear than anything else I wear to the gym. But the customer service side goes above and beyond! I was blown away when I get an email the other morning that a refund had been processed for my recent order, followed up with a message that my order fit in a smaller package than anticipated so the shipping would be less and that's why I was refunded. Amazing people and great conversation with the staff. The products and materials for the apparel are high quality. Picked up some shirts and got sticker for my water bottle. Such a great brand and message. I will be back next time in down from Galt. Wish they had one closer to me but then again I might buy the whole place! I highly recommend coming here for your work out gear local or online.
