This gym has been a place for me to get myself together postpartum, it has everything I need. Its usually never packed out like mainstream gyms. It started as casual thing, and now, I found myself in love with powerlifting!
If you are looking for a great local gym with amazing people, this is definitely the place for you! Not only does this gym provide effective and safe training, but the owner also supports other local businesses and heavily invests in the 757 community. This gym is also woman-owned and is a pillar to not just the 757, but the gym community as a whole. If you're looking for a solid gym, this is the place to go!!!
Great gym, great people. Everyone is knowledgeable and easy to approach. Great community!
Amazing gym, owner and coach! Been with Amira for 5 years now. Not only has she helped me get strong, but she helped me get better in a lot of aspects in my life! The gym community is great and the gym is great if you want a little private gym to yourself at times
