This gym is awesome! The owner, Amira, is super cool and offers great training. For the price you get 24hrs access at two locations that are conveniently located. Coaching / competitions are available as well. Check it out.
Best gym in Norfolk. 10/10 stars. Amira, the owner, has helped me break into the 1000 pound club and then the 1200 pound club 500 days later. If you want to be serious about powerlifting/strong man this is the gym for you.
