Staff are truly in the wrong position 's. They're heartless with no compassion for others. The have tenants that are mentally incapable yet giving them authority over other tenants. Whom are verbally abuse. This is supposed to be a place to assist mentally ill people. Instead they manage their life styles. Don't go here. They're all just interested in the government money provided by HUD. They will toss out into society without helping you. I stayed with mom there for one month trying to get back on my feet.
