He could have told us it was old and needed to be replaced, but he was honest and I appreciate it. Honestly I was super worried about getting my roof done. I’m a single mother and it’s just me and my daughter I’ve heard a lot of horror stories and my stomach told me to try and go with a local and family owned company. Derik came out and gave a quote and it may have taken a little while but he gave no pressure and stayed with me through the process while everyone else bailed out on me. I felt like he actually cared about helping me instead of the cost. Highly recommend
Very honest company, came to my house to fix roof inspection items just to find that the sellers had them finished already. The one tile that was newly cracked was repaired quickly. Quick, kind, and good communication too, would recommend.
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. A friend of mines experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. Instead of fixing their roof, they caused MORE DAMAGE, and the most frustrating part has been their complete refusal to take accountability for it. There is absolutely no way the damage they caused went unnoticed while they were doing the work.
