The flash frozen meals are such a huge convenience, they taste great, the serving sizes are very satisfying, it feels so nice knowing that I’m getting actual nutrients and eating real food, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Plus, having weekly delivery saves so much time and allows me to add less to my grocery list. We are very happy with our plan!
So awesome. They're are healthy meals and delicious shakes. There's a microwave in the corner if you just want to pop in for a healthy meal.
Ordered a smoothie, it was light, packed with protein, and tasted great. Even though I haven’t tried the meals YET, they look amazing, I am ordering some. They change the menu up every few months too. Healthy meal prep… clean and easy!
