I had an excellent experience working with Emmerich and his company, who helped me successfully obtain my homestead tax refund. From the very beginning, Emmerich was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. He clearly explained every step, made everything simple and stress-free, and delivered exactly what he promised while keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend Emmerich and his company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and efficient service.

Absolutely the best. Helpful, informed, really nice to talk to, explains everything including when stuff is supposed to happen. Recommended with 6 stars, not just 5!

I highly recommend Project Homestead. Emmerich recovered approximately $10,000.00 of overpaid taxes for us! Emmerich kept us informed during the process and actually recovered more than originally expected.

Just wanted to leave a positive review here. These folks saved me a lot of money that I'd overpayed in property taxes. They do what they say they're going to do, and the communication is great; and all for a fair price.
