Truly excellent service, top notch company, highly recommend.
They came out right away to diagnose the problem and did not pressure us to buy a new furnace (which we did end up doing as ours was coming up to 20 years old and the fix was going to be a bit more than we thought). They noticed we heated our garage and turned it off while they left the door open in the middle of February so as to not waste our power, which was considerate. We had a great experience with Taylor this past week. Our furnace wasn’t working and he came out that morning to take a look at it. Unfortunately it wasn’t working because of a visit from a different furnace company. He figured out the issue and replaced the part within a few days for us and gave us lots of great info! He was very easy to communicate with and would recommend him to anyone.

Taylor from Project Heating and Plumbing was fantastic! He responded to my inquiry quickly, arrived on time, and efficiently handled all my plumbing and HVAC issues. His workmanship was excellent, and his pricing was very fair—I had two other quotes for comparison. He communicated clearly throughout the process and even left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Taylor for any plumbing or HVAC needs, and I’m planning to have him back to install an AC unit in the spring.
