The Heat Since it was very hot out, of course our unit went out of order. We needed help right away and they were there. They didn't try to swindle us into buying other expensive items. He gave us hints as to what is coming up as far as saving us money for future laws as far as heating/cooling goes. At first I was a little intimidated by him, but he warmed up nicely after I listened to him show me that unit's workings. It works great now.
