We had Smart Drop flooring after a renovation in 2016 and it has been the best and most attractive addition to our home. Now in 2025 we have made an adjustment to our kitchen which meant finding a supply of the original flooring.Connor at Project Floors managed to find the few remaining pieces of our flooring batch and have them shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane. This has certainly been above and beyond the call of duty for any company. Thank you Connor and Project Floors for wonderful service and a wonderful product.
So happy with my Karndean LVP in Feild Oak. Project Floors have a huge range and their price was definitely the best around by far. Connor was outstanding with his product knowledge. We are extremely happy with the quality of service provided buy Lou and the team from start for our our carpet selection and installation. Our carpet looks amazing. A big thank you to Dane with over 25 years off installation experience who was outstanding at his job very professional and well manared who did his best to assure high end quailty installation. I highly recommend this company for all your carpet and flooring requirements no matter how big or small.
Manufacturing issue with our Vinyl floor so Project Floors was paid by Dunlop to fix it. Very poor communication throughout the entire process. The installer arrived late on the first day, and didn't have the right equipment so this delayed work. The installer told me that he wasn't informed that there was furniture or stairs and if he had known this he would not have done this job. Extra money was paid from Dunlop for our furniture and movement required. No care was taken to cover or protect our furniture. Extensive dust co... read more
I met these guys at the gym years ago and for the first time I went to their shop today and they have an immaculate shed with very knowledgeable staff and plenty of carpet and tiles to choose from. They looked after me very well and I will organise them to do my new house. Definitely recommend them.
