staff turnover is craaaazy. every time I got comfortable with a counselor they were just gone. after a while you start wondering why nobody stays which made it hard to trust the process when there was no consistency. clients deserve better than constantly being shuffled around...
I am so sorry that people had such a horrible experience here. I don't share those opinions. I have been a patient here for wow maybe 7 years (give or take a year) and I have had a wonderful experience. They do switch therapist often but everyone I have had the pleasure of working with has been wonderful. The staff is great. I do have issues trying to get ahold of someone at times but I have found that if I email my therapist they always make sure I am taken care of. If a business has 2 supervisors, they should prob NOT take leave in the same week. dei was squashed - COMMON SENSE is in now.
