Maria and her team did a complete demo and remodel of our condo in Laguna Woods. Everything was done to code with detailed plans and licensed contractors. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship was outstanding. She was very responsive throughout the entire project, knowledgeable and very helpful in design and details.

At our home in Laguna Woods, Maria Nicholson coordinated all the work being done for our much needed kitchen remodeling. She scheduled all the HOA and city inspections. The cabinet, countertop, electrical and flooring people were all high quality.
