Love it here. The owner and other instructors are high energy, the classes are the perfect size so they still can still pay attention to each individual, it’s a friendly and encouraging and clean environment. I take Pilates and a few variations of the workout classes they offer and this is what I needed to be motivated to get back into being consistent. I’ts been 6 weeks, results are noticeable and I have rarely repeated any of the exercises from a previous class , it’s mind boggling lol. Nothing but good things to say!

I started taking classes at Project Body six months ago and absolutely love it! I was looking to do something new that would challenge my body outside of a traditionalgym setting and Project Body has exceeded my expectations. I'm very comfortable at the studio, the schedule is flexible and all of the trainers are wonderful. First month in and my body is transforming! If you are ADHD or Peri-Menopausal listen up: 1) If you are ADHD these workouts are perfect for you. Every class is completely different so you will never get bored, and there are barley any break between sets, which allows your brain to just focus on the exercise at hand. 2) If you are Peri-Menopausal (35 years or older) you are gradually starting to go through hormonal changes that require weight and resistance exercises to build muscle, which is exactly what these classes specia... read more

Project: Body ATL offers a great workout with instuctors that are welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are designed for women of all fitness levels and sizes. You will leave each class feeling stronger and accomplished.

Project body is an incredible space for women with workouts ranging to meet everyone’s needs. As someone who can’t do HIIT anymore I really love their barre and Pilates classes. However, if you want HIIT they definitely have that too! All the instructors are absolutely wonderful. It truly is an all inclusive safe space for women. Highly recommend.
