Professional staff willing to go above and beyond to get your house and life back in order after any type of loss to your home. I’ve had my carpets done also and they always come out looking brand new.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they rebuilt two rooms of my house after 9 months of fighting with them to get done they left a mess and so many things were done half way and will need to be fixed by someone else. JUST DON'T! YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED.
Our carpets were cleaned beautifully this morning by Kyle. A great job by a very nice, professional young man.
Besides the astronomical fee charged for the work, the job they did was below average at best. From unprofessional workers to subpar cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

So sad they replaced my flooring with an inferior floor, and had the audacity to charge my insurance company for a premium floor. The floor they reinstalled after our flood started peeling within 6 months. Never again with ProJan. To be continued. I really hope they do the right thing, but it's not looking good. Why is it so difficult for companies to do the right thing, first before customers resort to social media, the BBB and reopen an insurance claim? Why?
Carpets came out great today at Kc Pepper. Jennifer was very professional. It wasn't an easy job but Eric and Rick did a great job and bringing life back to the carpets!!! Thank you!
