The nurses and the doctors were very knowledgeable and very kind and patient with me. They didn't get me stressed at all, because I usually get stressed and worried at the hospital but I didn't. They were super compassionate to me. Thank you ProHealth!Â
Unfortunately we have been here a couple of times in the last month. Over that last number of years I have found that healthcare facilities are doing a much better job of providing expert medical service, with improved customer service. The Waukesha Hospital ER does a good job, however the one area that needs some attention is the intake area. Went here for some kidney pain. I was seen immediately, taken back and given a room immediately. The staff was very tentative and listened to everything I had to say, i ended up being admitted for a longer observation and needed a procedure done.Â
The nursing staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. I would have been better off just staying at home and trying to tend to myself. They treated me as if I did something wrong as I had been in the past there for mental health issues. No one who is getting paid for their services should ever be that unprofessional. Ever. Something I hope no one else has to endure.Â
