often visit this clinic — the doctor is great, and the previous receptionist was also very nice However, the new receptionist, an Asian woman with long hair and glasses, has a terrible attitude, She acts like I owe her money this isn’t just a one-time thing — it’s like this every single time. The two stars are for the doctor.
Not true walk-in service. I walked-in once and couldn't see a doctor because everybody had an appointment. But I don't see how to book an appointment online.... Do they take appointments by phone to avoid being reported of not being a real walk-in clinic? I don't know. It seems. These are the hours that appear on their website. Different from the ones on Google search. Which are the real ones? Who knows. This is a truly excellent clinic and pharmacy, with first-rate and welcoming service. They knew I came every three months to pick up my medications, and they prepared everything I needed in advance. I really appreciate their service. Thank you!
Such a quick and easy process! The secretary was friendly and very helpful, the doctor was attentive and made sure to hear all my concerns and worries, he did not rush me or make me feel unheard which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place
