Service was good once I got in to see them. Wait was longer than I was told when I checked. I was of the understanding that waiters were fit in between appts & I was told there was only 1 appt scheduled before me plus 2 waiting. Turned at that at least 4-6 more people got in ahead of me including the 2 waiters when I arrived.
Honestly, I can’t believe I’m ever actually leaving a positive review for an urgent care clinic. This place is so much better than anywhere else I’ve dealt with. I got injured playing football and I was in and out and under an hour and a half and then included stitches and all sorts of other fun activities. Seriously I live in Sussex and if I’m ever in need of urgent care, I’m going to strongly consider driving all the way to this one as it’s 3 to 4 times faster than the urgent cares around me.
My first visit friendly and professional and the wait today was only a few minutes
Dr. Allen is just there for a paycheck. I’m an RN and I pity the people who don’t know enough to advocate for themselves. He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Literally. I went next door to Aurora Urgent care and got proper treatment the same day a short time later. I want a refund.
PA Taylor Peters was awesome! She listened intently to my concerns and prescribed a treatment plan which seems to be working very well. Office and examination rooms were very clean and staff members were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would definitely return to this location for care in the future.
