This was the first time I used the walk in clinic in Waterford. Both people on duty were helpful and very kind. I went home with medicine from Walgreens for my pink eye. It seems to be working already.
I'm thankful to have this urgent care clinic in waterford. I had to be there on a Sunday. Kristi and Cienna were caring and wonderful for my visit. I felt like a well cared for patient. Any part of our conversations made me feel confident that I was with the right people. Thank you for the best in healthcare.
The staff is so kind. I didn’t have to wait at all. The doctor (Heather) listened to my concerns and was very caring. I would definitely recommend ProHealth Care urgent care in Waterford.
I visited an urgent care clinic because of an eyelid infection. Unfortunately, the nurse didn’t give me a chance to explain that only steroid eye drops usually help me. The visit felt rushed, and I didn’t receive any real help. The medication she prescribed didn’t work, and I had to treat the infection myself at home. I wish she had taken a little more time to listen — especially when a patient already knows what has helped them in the past.
