I was able to reserve a time slot online and be seen very quickly when I arrived. Everyone from the young lady that checked me in, nurse Barb, the X-RAY tech, to PA Zach were very friendly, thorough, and efficient. I was very pleased with the care I was given and will definitely return the next time I am in need of urgent care. So glad we now have a choice of healthcare facilities in Waterford.
Prohealth urgent care in Waterford is amazing! The address the prob in a timely matter. The NURSES WERE great kind and caring. The physician assistant listened and came up with a plan to get me feeling better. Souch faster, and all around better than Aurora Urgent care!!!! Definitely a lot faster and caring.Shour it to Zach PA and Cienna PA and the nurse I can't remember her name but worked 1/12 and 1/13/2026
They took me in a very timely manner. They are all so helpful. Everyone was wonderful.
