Epitome of a disgraceful institution. A pediatric urgent care? The lazy woman at the desk refused to see us - they close at 8pm - we were there at 7:45. There was not ONE child waiting. But because she wanted to go home, she said all the doctors were busy and they wouldn't see another child, even though we were there at 7:45. i said he got stung by a bee on his face - my son is 2 years old - it'll take 10 seconds for a seasoned doctor to look at him just to reassure us he's going to be ok - it COULD be serious, but maybe not... read more

This place closes at 8pm. We showed up at 7:45 with a toddler who got a bee sting that we needed to get checked out. We were refused medical attention because we “didn’t have an appointment.” Sorry, since when do you need an appointment at urgent care? No compassion for a child. Joke of a place, they should be ashamed of themselves. What’s the point of being in medicine if you refuse a CHILD in pain at your front door. Shameful. Disgraceful. Truly horrific.

This is my second experience with Dr.Schwartz and the second misdiagnosis. I came in for the first time months ago for a painful ear infection. It was painful to the touch and spreading to my jaw. Dr.Schwartz took a look and said no infection, but there’s a white “foreign body” in my ear. Says there’s nothing she can do. I get a same day appt at another dr’s office and this doctor says there’s no foreign body, but I have a very obvious inner and outer ear infection.
