Went for a coronavirus test for my wife, and she was able to get tested. Now we have been waiting 10 days and still no word back with our results. When we called them today the phone just keeps ringing and there is no answer and no voicemail. How is this an Urgent Care that people can rely on when feeling sick? Also, extremely unhelpful and lack of a caring office staff who answer the phones.
