Great service. Little wait time and professional staff.
After processing my insurance info incorrectly, they tried to bill me the full amount. After giving them all of my insurance information multiple times, they sent my claim to a debt collection service. After speaking to the debt collectors and my insurance company, we discovered they attempted to process my information way too late, and by law were not allowed to charge me. Super, super shady practices in their billing department, and it's obvious to me this is something they repeatedly do to people.
The doctor on staff Pamela Klein is uneducated and couldn’t help me. She left me in the room for a long time to tell me she couldn’t help me and referred me someplace else. On top of that I asked for my money back because I was referred someplace else and she said no. I’ve been to other Urgent care facilities that won’t charge you if you are referred. I am very upset. I went here for help with a medical issue I have experienced in the past, that can really escalate if antibiotics aren't started quickly. After waiting for an hour, a doctor came out and told me that he couldn't treat me and I would have to see a specialist. I asked if he would mind at least taking a look and listening to my symptoms, and he insisted I needed to see a specialist for an ultrasound (why don't you have ultrasound equipment in the office if it's going to hold up treatment?).
