Misdiagnosed a sinus infection for the flu! Sent me out the door with no medicine. Wound up with 103 temperature. The worst stay away! They do not get more incompetent than this place. Zero Stars!

I don't get it. If it's urgent care, why do people have to fill up and sign 5 pages of information while they are in emergency situation. Can it be done afterwards??? Good luck having a heart attach there, they won't take you till you sign everything.
