I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place. The “person” working the counter Aliyah, is rude and just scrolls Instagram while talking to you. She really couldn’t be bothered helping anyone. She even input my information wrong and the OD (no MDs there, just an OD) , had to tell her to correct it. As for the Dr, “Jennifer”, she’s lost. She tries the obvious treatment which I could have done at home , and if that doesn’t work, she avoids all calls to her after you leave the office. I went to the ProHealth Urgent Care located at 254-61 Nassau Boulevard in Little Neck, NY in the beginning of January 2023. I was erroneously charged a $30 co-pay for a COVID test, which should have been 100 percent free with my insurance. I was told a refund would be issued to my credit card. My credit card was not refunded. I called ProHealth and was told that, for some reason, they could not process a refund on my credit card and that they’d mail me a check for the $30. This is our go-to urgent care when we can’t see our regular doctor. Dr Khachadurian is super thorough and I love that they call to follow up.
