The staff is kind. I like the receptionist my APN I never get to see the doctor just wants to prescribe Zoloft when I have nerve damage and that's concerning that. They just want to cover up the underlying problem and not properly treat me.
Miscoded tests they ran as part of a routine physical such that my insurer billed me... for a routine physical which is supposed to be preventative!! When I told them, their billing refused to correct. Ill be finding a new provider and filing some formal complaints. Probably typical greed
DR Sam is the BEST!!! He really listens and always puts your health first. I've been going to him for over 13 years best decision ever.
Dr Vuong Dang in Southington was very professional, answering all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made some really good suggestions. Felt great after visit.
