Office manger and provider are unresponsive. I’ve called several times and sent messages on the portal to speak with an office manger regarding portly handled medical record requests. The previous office manager is no longer there and the new one is just as unresponsive, unfortunately. This office has actually cost me a case of mine due to their lack of responses this and put me in a financially dire situation. With that being said, they are pretty nice people.
