I recently had an appt. at ProHealth in Manchester and the sign-in staff were all very nice, patient and professional. My wait time was insignificant in the waiting area - 10 minutes or so and the same while in the procedure room waiting for doctor to come in. My doctor is always caring, kind and knowledgeable giving me the time I need to discuss whatever issues I may have. I am also encouraged to send her notes thru the Portal should I have any questions or need follow-up. 5 STARS!!!
Made an appointment for Thursday, then got a call Wednesday around noon saying I missed my appointment. Even if the appointment somehow got scheduled for Wednesday instead, I never received a confirmation text, email, phone call, or MyChart update showing that. Because of that, I was charged a missed visit fee and now have 1 out of 3 no-shows on my record. Apparently after 3, you can be dismissed as a patient. My wife comes home telling me how rude the woman taking her blood was to her. That's one thing, but the other? I have never seen a bruise so big from a spot someone had gotten there blood taken. The way she was treated and harmed is unacceptable. She wont be going back and id be worried for anyone else going here the way this place chooses to employ nurses so far detached from empathy.
Have come here for getting blood taken because it's closer to me. Never again. The phlebotomist I had today was so cold and unkind. My injection site hurts so bad and has never hurt afterwards like it does right now. They might need some re training on how to be decent human beings.
