Very disappointing experience on my last visit. I read the rules of a Wellness Visit and was careful not to ask any questions, but did answer questions I was asked. According to medicare, I was billed for a Wellness Visit, an Office Visit, and an Office Visit over 65. I called the office to question this and spoke to a very condescending woman (name withheld) who blamed me for not knowing the rules of a Wellness Visit. I have protested this with Medicare who advised me to withhold payment and they will look into it.
For 3 years in a row, ProHealth has caed me to set up a physical. Every year, when I show up for my physical which Pro Health set up, they say they can't help me because they are unable to complete a wellness visit at that time that they scheduled. 3 THREE YEARS IN A ROW. And then they are unable to deal with the fact that after 3 THREE YEARS, I am irate. I am 65 and they have denied me my physical, and most likely ch a red my insurance. WHAT IS WRONG?
