Front staff and nurse are friendly but they have worse pa ever. Would not recommend to anyone.
The reason for 1 star is : 1. This is not an urgent care or even express care. They have huge sign that says “WALK-IN” and also on the website that says walk in. But I went and walked in and there was NO ONE in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room and the lady wouldn’t allow me to walk in! False advertising and discrimination! 2. Because they have no central heat. So in the winter when everyone is sick and coughing, the dirty air sits there. It is the same for the rooms. Seriously wish I had read the reviews before going to this place.......First the appointment was supposed to be scheduled for 4/20/2022 which I was assured of by Nicholas in the scheduling department, when I get there at 11 a.m. on 4/20 the office is closed. Nicholas failed to tell me the appointment was actually scheduled for 4/21/2022 at 11 a.m. Ok potential miscommunication.....I can deal with that.
