We’ve come three times and all three times we have had a wonderful experience! Once was for me, once for my son and once for my daughter. We walked out every time saying how nice everyone was and the care we received was excellent.
My young daughter had to get a blood draw to test for food allergies. Her sample was done at 1:30pm on Friday, July 1st. I called on July 7th to ask why the results had not been sent to her pediatrician. Turns out the sample was no good because it never made it to lab processing that day and was discarded a few days later. No one called me, no contact at all. I understand that mistakes happen but come on, at least call me instead of me having to figure this out on my own.
The worst customer experience ever!
ProHealth has created nothing but issues with our healthcare. An after hours/weekend call, which in the past would be forwarded to an “on call” provider in our physician’s network, had us visiting this site in Glastonbury. They performed a covid test, which still has not come back over a week later. After calling twice a day throughout the week, on Friday the most disrespectful “manager” Audrey stated the test was still pending and takes about 5-7 days to “process”, so we would not hear back until Monday.
