If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute horrible experience at the Glastonbury location. We usually go to ProHealth in Mansfield however it is under renovation so they scheduled my daughter at the Glastonbury office (45-50min away). We had never been to this location before so accidentally went to the adult primary care ProHealth instead of pediatric so was 10min late. Worst primary care facility around . I have been a member since 18 years old and since Dr. Papernick left this place has gone belly up . No organization , terrible service , terrible quality care . Will be looking for a new facility to attend where service is real And the providers listen rather than just prescribe .
If you're looking to get great care for your kids, this is NOT the. After almost 6 years we've seen practically every provider in the practice . They just Shuffle you around . They've messed up one too many times with misdiagnosing and don't even get me started on their billing. They try to bill for things that absolutely should be covered with insurance, and then refuse to take it off your account and send it to collections. Haven't had any issues with this ProHeath office, unlike the one in Wallingford. Everyone in the Glastonbury office is amazing and I have gotten right in when any of my kids were sick.
