Get directionsI filed a complaint against staff and no one seemed to know how to handle it. They listened, but didn't resolve the problem. They gave me a business card for a woman with an address in another city, no hasn't returned my call. This is not how you resolve a problem.
Don't know how to rate this hospital after today. I would give 6 stars the last time I was here. Staff were lovely, compassionate and eager to please. No question went unanswered. No request was unwelcome. Today I met the nurse who admitted my mom. She told me she questioned why staff had saved my Mom 's life when she's DNR. I was speechless, but chose the "high road" and said I was grateful they did. She continued explaining that they shouldn't have given CPR even if it was in surgery. I had day surgery today for a new ankle. The staff was fabulous, facility neat and clean, and I would go back in a minute. You can't go wrong going there.
