I was referred to Dr. Parmer, I recieved a 495$ facility charge just to walk through the door. This is basic robbery. I will pay the doctor bill , and never walk through the doors again. Facility charge will go to collections and now I have to find another provider.
Horrible care worse now then when I went in Waukesha is bad do not go to the neroscince doctors especially Dr Jones staff really bad too. STAY AWAY
This place is absolutely horrible. They don’t monitor their patients like they should causing their condition to worsen to the point where it’s irreversible.
My daughter and I have both received care at this facility. We both had surgery for herniated discs. We had nothing but a great experience.
My husband called for an appointment and was told they would get back to him within 24 - 48 hours as they triage and decide which doctor would be appropriate for his diagnosis after being seen at the ER two days earlier. It's been 8 days since and no call back at all. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and go elsewhere!!!!
