Rude reception, woke policies, wait times over an hour past appointment times. All this and just ok providers. Need to have better options ProHealth needs to start caring more about patient experience Not just churning through patients to hit their numbers.
Bryan Cerro was one of the best urgent care providers I’ve seen in a long time. He didn’t seem rushed to get me out the door. He listened to all of my concerns and explained everything thoroughly.
Charlene was very kind and listened to me. She didn't rush me. She really knew about Hornet stings.
Thought I had a hairline fracture in my tibia/fibula, so went to get an x-ray. Pleasant experience from checking in at the front desk, to the MA, the x-ray tech, and the Nurse Practitioner that helped me. I can see why this location has a 4.3 star rating!! I was going to go to another ProHealth Urgent Care, but the rating was 2.2 stars--no thank you!
