front desk was hard to find and everyone seemed incredibly annoyed, asked someone a question and she snapped at me for being on the phone when i couldn’t have known that due to no phone being by her ear or in her hand. however my nurses were phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable and helpful ❤ was in and out in less than 20 minutes
When I first arrived a lady offered me help and got me in line right away. Instructions clear. RN and PA very professional and knowledgeable. i had another appointment coming up and they moved things along quickly and thoroughly. Received excellent care this morning.
Used urgent care for a minor injury. Was checked in and treated quickly and professionally. The PA was accommodative and checked on information in my medical records that was not related to the visit. Thanks 😊
Wait was brief to see PA. X-ray was swift as was diagnosis.
