Very through. Nice front desk service.
I have been here twice now. Unfortunately, both times were for ER visits, but the staff is tremendous. I have been to the hospital too many times to count (I have kids and, as a youth Pastor, make hospital visits) and our experiences here have been among the best.
Nicholis E. in the check in area greeted us with a smile and was a big help. I had an urgent matter and he did not hesitate to help and was happy to do so. Thank you!
Over the year's, my insurance has changed and been around different places for care. This by far is the best.
1-Star Review – ProHealth Care Mukwonago My wife had a 1:45 p.m. appointment today, and we did everything right. We showed up at 12:40 p.m., checked in with the front desk (Nick), and were told she was all set. Then we sat. And sat. And sat.
