I’ve been seeing Jennifer Vitek-Senrad for about 3 years. Well, I had sent a simple my chart message about an active issue I was having. They told me I needed to go to the ER immediately for bloating… no other symptoms at all. I told the nurse Renee that I have kids and cannot just drop them off somewhere at their command to go to the emergency room. They told me I needed to go there and request imaging. I have been here twice now. Unfortunately, both times were for ER visits, but the staff is tremendous. I have been to the hospital too many times to count (I have kids and, as a youth Pastor, make hospital visits) and our experiences here have been among the best.
Nicholis E. in the check in area greeted us with a smile and was a big help. I had an urgent matter and he did not hesitate to help and was happy to do so. Thank you!
Over the year's, my insurance has changed and been around different places for care. This by far is the best.
