This was my first visit to this location, and I already love it! From the friendly front desk staff to the medical assistant(Natalie) and the doctor(Doctor Way), everyone made me feel cared for and comfortable. Kathleen was especially kind and helpful. Thank you, ProHealth!
No stars for this post given. Very disappointed in their customer service. Especially when you don’t feel good. Feel like I was taken advantage of when not feeling well. I saw a doctor that I haven’t never met. He didn’t give me enough medication to get rid of everything that was going with me. He just gave me cough syrup. Then prohealth said to come in again in order to give me medication after being in there last week.
