I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided here. I had gone in for a annual physical. Everything went fine until I asked about some issues with my eyes and the doctor recommended me to see a specialist. This is all normal for a primary care doctor. However, I was billed $700 for the visit because we discussed my eyes. She didn’t do anything outside of the recommendation. This annual exam is free normally. I did not feel the same level of care and concern from the people who saw me here as I have always felt at the Urgent Care on Big Bend Road. Plus, someone forgot to send me a test result until I called to remind them.
