Shady practice!!! Over billing and won't properly review medical records. Received a diagnosis for something I don't even have. Seems like just a money grab. Insurance even thinks so and asked for a code review, which they argued about and have yet to complete. Sad because they used to be top notch. The support team reads off a script we care and value and understand your health care needs but our hands are tied and we will help you however we can but we can't do anything to assist. Such a joke.
