Dr. Jamie Jick has been remarkable doctor. She is an excellent diagnostic doctor, as well as, a caring, knowlegeable doctor. She has been an extremely kind hearted, compassionate doctor. I swear part of the reason I'm still around because of her! She has recognized several serious problems I've had in the past.
The only friendly person at this clinic was the main entrance greeter! Radiology reception and staff not personable. I’ve had dozens of appointment this past year at Waukesha and mukwonago. This clinic needs lessons in how to treat a person with respect .
Experience with allergy department front desk reps was awful. Got there a few minutes late because of a really long train and checked in for an allergy appointment at the kiosk. The kiosk said to go to a rep at the front desk. Front desk called the allergy department and was put on hold for over ten minutes. The front desk rep thought it was odd and called the allergy department back.
