I went to this urgent care April 1 2026. I bang my toe pretty bad. I wasn’t sure if I fracture my toe or not but I was in a lot of pain . When I arrived my husband and I the front desk workers was very nice check me in with out no problems. I was so excited to see they had an African American doctor working there thinking I will get the best treatment and experience at this clinic . My bone density test and my annual Mammogram were conducted on the same day at the same place. What a great experience. The tech took me to the room for the bone density test first, which was very close to the mammogram machine room. I believe I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The tech was very friendly and thorough, and made me feel quite at ease. I highly recommended the New Berlin Pro Health Care Center.
Pleasant staff behind desk, when checking in for appointment. Very kid friendly doctors, nurses, & assistants.
Good riddance Mr. Manino Extremely uncomfortable pre surgery as well as post op. Male dr tells me to stand up and pull my pants down we are alone in the room. After being humiliated, i took a witness to my post op neck surgery visit, in which he nor anyone changed the 2 week old dressing??????
So, there are a lot of bad reviews posted about Pro Health in New Berlin. I'm in the Pro Health network and have frequented this office more then any other over the last decade. While I wouldn't say the service is 100% fantastic, personally I've found it to be more then satisfactory. The people are generally pleasant, even if they aren't always overly enthusiastic about their jobs.
