I honestly would give the urgent care department here zero stars if I could. Every time I go I lose more and trust in them. Some of them aren’t even doctors. I had a good doctor who was understanding. But that was the first time I actually felt confident in Urgent Care in about two years.
The doctor needed a stool sample, and the nurse sent me into the bathroom with a toilet hat and a small vial to transfer the sample into. She told me to pour the sample into the vial. The problem was that the hat didn’t have a spout, so it was very difficult to pour into such a small container, and the sample wasn’t liquid to begin with.
