Very good experience. Never met this doctor or medical assistant before since I stopped into the urgent care. Both the MA and doctor were very kind and I was comfortable with the experience.The front desk was also very helpful as well.

Made a preappointment at 200-230pm for a 400pm urgent visit. When I got there (early) and checked in, all seemed good. But somehow got lost in the system. I didn't get in until after 430pm. Frustrating when I planned so far ahead. Next time I'll just walk in. With that said though, everyone was friendly, helpful, kind and very willing to assist when my text messages were telling me I missed my 4pm appointment. Staff was wonderful.
