Sometimes Front Desk Receptionist are rude , Doctors are good except an African American lady Doctor the worst attitude and angry (Doctor of Hell) I rather go to Beach 116th urgent care.
I just left there. I spoke with someone on the phone who assured me that the doctor I saw could help me that day although it wasn't an urgent matter. The medical assistant who would do my vital signs forced the temperature probe into my ear and kept the oxygen sensor on my finger for 20 minutes. It was low and she couldn't figure out that it wasn't going to get higher. She got upset with me and stormed out of the room. She treated me like an animal. This was a waste of my time.
