Docs are fine. I've been on hold today for 20 minutes so far, 4th time this week. Called Monday am to see if I had to bring in my aids or make an appointment to have the wire replaced. On hold 15 minutes before I could ask my question. Brought them in. I called Wednesday. On hold a half hour. "No, but Jody is working on them today." Thursday, no call. Here it is Friday.
