I feel at home there. People smile and support each other mostly. Equipment is always in excellent condition. Classes are as challenging as you want but also very much support "go at your own pace" participation as well. I like it there.
Great place for physical therapy
Truly one of the best fitness centers I have been to outside of being in the military.... I truly got to work out.. from working out to line dancing... The line dancing instructor he was great... He made it fun and everyone enjoyed it even taking time with others..... Including me... Yes I truly will be back again thanks so much... Anthony Wright
