The doctor was fine, but the office’s check-in system was a complete failure. I received multiple text reminders to check in digitally, which I did, and even checked in again at the kiosk upon arrival. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached the front desk, only for the staff to be surprised that I was waiting. The lack of communication between the automated systems and the staff is a major issue.

This is a review specifically about Dr Mark Hoffman. I have never dealt with such a horrible doctor in all my 75 years of life. I was sent to that practice by my primary whom I have known for many years; but he did not specify which doctor to see. I made the appointment for a hematologist and I was given Dr. Mark Hoffman.
