On 1/13/2026, was seen in Howard Beach office. The doctor had an attitude and seems disturb. The way she spoke was aggressive and her body language was like, don't care. I did not feel comfortable at all.
I had such a wonderful experience today, Dr. Morgan was very informative and explained every detail and dental hygienist. Sherry knew I was a very nervous patient. She took her time She was very gentle & made sure I was comfortable at all times during my cleaning & X-rays . Thank u & staff at the front very friendly !!! & office very clean
Phenomenal experience all around!!! Great front reception, clean space, friendly staff. Kind and gentle hands while you’re in the chair. They definitely go the extra mile.
The staff and doctor’s assistant were professional, caring and very helpful. The dentist made me feel comfortable and his recommendations were beneficial for me in making my decision on treatment. The dentist was pleasant and attentive. The negative was that after ex rays done I was sitting in the exam room for an half an hour waiting for the dentist to come. I couldn’t understand why.
