Stay away from Prohealth! Wait times to speak with someone are ridiculous, over a hour! They fraudulently charged me copays when I was pregnant, when I realized this on my own I requested a refund. It’s been over a year since the refund request and they still have not refunded me! They are liars and thieves!
Their billing department is a nightmare. They have failed to process my insurance correctly for over 6 months and still sent a threatening letter despite multiple agents assuring me it was their fault and there was no issue. Will never operate within this network again.
