I had never had such a bad experience at a doctor’s clinic before. On Aug 22 2024 I arrived at the clinic 15 mins before my appointment. The receptionist called me by the wrong name and gave me a pre-filled form for a different person. Then I showed my Medicare card to her. Meanwhile a lady came and told the receptionist her name. I would gave a - star if it exits. The team there is unhelpful, doesn’t care and no customer service at all.
Bar none, one of the worst MOAs I have had the displeasure of speaking with. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but the one assistant there has no time for Dr Kendler’s patients. She is dismissive, rude and extremely unprofessional. As for Dr. Kendler, he is very kind and professional. I apologize to Dr Kendler for the low rating, but hopefully the bad reviews will lead to the assistant reconsidering her attitude.
Dr. Kendler is very kind, patient, and listens well. The receptionist is incredibly rude.
