The young lady who took the blood sample was very nice, engaging and professional. Would it be too much to ask that the check-in folks act similarly? One in particular rarely looks up from the computer and in 10+ years of giving blood samples (outpatient & inpatient) that person has smiled perhaps 1/2 times.
